Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that Russia is ready to build equal and mutually beneficial relations with all international partners. Reiterating his commitment to strengthening international cooperation and diplomatic dialogue, he made the remarks while outlining Russia’s foreign policy outlook.

President Putin stated that Russia is not interested in hostility with any country; rather, it seeks to advance relations based on mutual respect, recognition of sovereignty, and shared interests. “We are ready to build fair and mutually beneficial cooperation with all partners on an equal footing,” he said.
According to analysts, Putin’s comments carry significant political weight in the international arena, particularly amid ongoing tensions with Western countries. The statement is seen as clarifying Russia’s diplomatic stance, especially toward nations in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Russian officials noted that in the current global reality, sustainable peace and development cannot be achieved through unilateral dominance, but through a multipolar world order. In this context, Russia is calling for the opening of a new chapter in international cooperation.
Observers believe that President Putin’s position will further clarify the direction of Russia’s foreign policy in the coming days.
