“Almighty Allah Will Grant Iran Victory”: Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei Sends Handwritten Message to IRGC

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei has sent a handwritten letter praising the efforts of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force. Iran’s state news agency IRNA published the information on September 22. Middle East-based news outlet Middle East Eye also reported on the contents of the letter.

According to information published by IRNA, the letter was dated August 1 and addressed to Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Mousavi, commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force. The letter praised his efforts and those of the force’s personnel, while also instructing them to continue work related to supply-chain operations.

“This Is the Nature of Honest People”

According to the statement published by IRNA, Mojtaba Khamenei wrote in the letter: “You have written very little about the tireless efforts of yourself and your humble comrades — this is the nature of honest people.”

He further stated that, through divine wisdom, the efforts of devoted people would earn them love, honor, abundant blessings and victory from God.

Instructions to Continue Supply-Chain Efforts

In the letter, Mojtaba Khamenei called on the IRGC Aerospace Force to continue its efforts related to supply-chain operations. He also instructed that regular reports on the matter be submitted to him.

At the same time, he emphasized the importance of protecting the lives of the force’s commander and personnel, urging them to take care of their safety.

A Public Message from Iran’s Supreme Leader

Mojtaba Khamenei assumed the position of Iran’s Supreme Leader in March 2026. Following the death of his father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Assembly of Experts selected him as his successor.

However, Mojtaba Khamenei has rarely appeared in public since taking office. As a result, the publication of the handwritten letter attributed to him has drawn particular attention. Iran International reported that the authenticity of the document could not be independently verified.

The publication of the letter highlights praise from Iran’s supreme leadership for the efforts of the IRGC Aerospace Force and an expectation that its activities will continue.
